There's no charge for me to come out and look at the work you need doing.

If I do start work for you then the charges are

£40 for the first hour

Then

£30 per hour (or part of) after that

Please note that building materials are charged extra (if any are needed)

If a job is bigger than expected you will always be consulted before you run up a bigger bill. For bigger jobs, a discounted day rate can be negotiated.
